Firstly thankyou for your support over the last 10 years, Standby Rates is now one of the largest accommodation databases in Australia and New Zealand booking many thousand nights of accommodation per year.

We have some big news that will effect your members program in a good way.

To constantly improve our product and make Standby Rates the industry leader, we have developed a booking system that is now 10% cheaper than any other on offer, as such the members system is being incorporated in with the publicly displayed rates, offering even bigger savings on your accommodation bookings.

What this means?

As of this Tuesday the 23rd of March, you will no longer need to log in to receive the Standby Rates Members discount.

All hotels offer internet re-sellers a 10% commission for bookings, we have returned a % of this to our members as a Standby Rates discount. As of today, we will be returning the whole 10% to all people who book on the site. The rates being displayed are now commission free, so are 10% cheaper than any other you will find online.

Our booking fee will be set at $1.00, plus any rounding needed with the discounting.

So for approx $1.00 you can book your favourite accommodation anywhere in Australia and New Zealand.
