Situated on the south-eastern coast of New Zealand's South Island, Dunedin has a population of around 120,000 and is the provincial capital of Otago, a region recognised for its spectacular scenery.
Getting There
From the South - travel on SHW1 (Southern Motorway) into Dunedin. Continue along this road, past Carisbrook Stadium and turn left at "The Oval" park. Take an 'easy right turn' into Crawford Street. Stay on this road, as it eventually changes to "Cumberland Street". We are located at 333 Cumberland St (opposite Cadbury World).
From the North - Enter Dunedin on SH1 and travel along Cumberland Street (please note, this is not the Cumberland St end that we are located on). Cumberland St eventually changes it's name to Castle St. Travel along Castle St until you reach Lower Stuart St. Turn right into Lower Stuart Street, and then right again into Cumberland Street. We are located approx 100 metres along Cumberland Street.

For the holiday traveller, Quest Dunedin is ideally located to access some of Dunedin's premier attractions. Our premises is situated in the heart of Dunedin's CBD and is only a short stroll away from the central shopping precinct, including the Meridian Mall, along George Street.
Other premier attractions include Cadbury World (directly opposite), Fortune Theatre, The Regent Theatre, Otago Museum, Otago Early Settlers Museum, Albatross Colony, Larnach's Castle, Carisbrook Stadium, Speights Brewery, Farmers Market, St Clair and St Kilda beaches, NZ Marine Study Centre and Aquarium, Taieri Gorge Railway, Monarch Wildlife Cruises, Orokonui Eco-sanctuary, Olveston Historic Home and Dunedin Casino.
Dunedin also offers a wide range of high level sporting facilities, all of which are within very close proximity to Quest Dunedin including; The University Oval (cricket) and Caledonian Stadium (soccer and athletics), the New Zealand Sports Institute, the Edgar Sports Centre, Forbury Raceway, Moana Pool, International Ice Skating and Curling Rinks, numerous walking, biking and running tracks in close proximity.

Every 2nd year Dunedin hosts the New Zealand Masters Game, a spectacular event lasting two weeks, that combines the very best of sporting competition with a high level of socialising, friendliness and great fun amongst over 10,000 participants.
